Return & Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please note that all beauty and cosmetic product sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong shade/color, or any other reason.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will accept returns only for unopened, unused items. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, subject to inspection and approval. Store credit will be for product only, not the shipping costs.
RETURNS
All return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Returned items must remain in new, unused condition with all original seals, packaging, and wrappings intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please email customer service at hemparella.np@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After you get the RMA number, pack the item safely in its original box. Include your proof of purchase. Mail your return to the address below:

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
STORE CREDIT
All returns for damaged or defective products are subject to review and approval. After we receive and inspect your return, we will process store credit (if approved). Please allow at least ten (10) days from receipt of the item for processing.
No cash refunds will be issued. Store credit will be issued to your account and may be used on future purchases. Store credit is non-transferable.
